    3) CONSENT AGENDA The listing under consent agenda is a group of items to be acted on with a single motion. The consent agenda is designed to expedite council business. The Mayor will ask if any citizen or council member wishes to have any specific item discussed.  You may request that an item be removed from the Consent Agenda at that time, prior to Council’s vote. Items removed from the consent agenda will be considered under New Business.
        A) Approval of Minutes of December 17, 2007 Regular Council Meeting
7:03    4) Public COMMENTS   Citizens may make comments on items not scheduled on the agenda. Those commenting should state their name and physical address for the record
and limit comments to five minutes.

        A) Transfer of Tavern Liquor License- Talk of the Town 230 Elk Avenue to Barmuda Ltd d/b/a Talk of the Town.
        B) Ordinance No. 1, Series 2008- An Ordinance Amending Certain Provisions Of The Town’s Zoning and Land Use Ordinance Relative To Planned Unit Developments and Parking.
        C) Ordinance No. 2, Series 2008- An Ordinance Extending the Temporary Moratorium On All Development in the Town’s Watershed.
7:30    6)  ADJOURNMENT COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULING
    • Tuesday January 22, 2008-8 a.m. Coffee with the Council-Buckaroo Beanery (Izzy’s closed on Tuesdays)
    • Monday, January 28, 2008- Work Session- 5 p.m.
    • Monday, February 4, 2008-8 a.m. Coffee with the Council – Izzy’s
    • Monday, February 4, 2008 5-7 p.m. Joint Work Session with Board of County Commissioners. 7 p.m. Regular Council Meeting.
    • Tuesday, February 19, 2008- 8 a.m. Coffee with the Council – Izzy’s
    • Tuesday, February 19, 2008- Regular Council Meeting

—NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING—
CRESTED BUTTE BOARD OF ZONING AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
TOWN OF CRESTED BUTTE, COLORADO
(416 Gothic Ave.)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing, which may result in the granting of a vested property right, will be held on January 29, 2008, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Crested Butte Town Hall located at 507 Maroon Ave. in Crested Butte, Colorado for the purpose of considering the following:
The application of John and Carrie O’Neal to re-designate the existing historic residence to accessory dwelling and to construct a new single-family residence located at 416 Gothic Ave., block 14, lot B Cortner Subdivision, zoned R1C.
Additional requirements are:
– Architectural approval is required.
– A conditional use permit is required to re-designate an historic primary
dwelling to accessory dwelling.
– A recommendation to the Crested Butte Town Council to rescind a restrictive
covenant agreement recorded in 1992 that limits the development of the
property is required.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing, which may result in the granting of a vested property right, will be held on January 29, 2008, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Crested Butte Town Hall located at 507 Maroon Ave. in Crested Butte, Colorado for the purpose of considering the following:
The application of Tim and Wren Wirth to construct a deck addition to a historic single-family residence located at 29 Maroon Ave., block 18, lots 29-32 zoned R1C.
Additional requirements are:
