Please take notice that Gary Huresky, on behalf of Jeremy Wegner, has submitted an application for a Minor Impact Activity Watershed Permit to the Town of Crested Butte to install a Gray Water System in the Crested Butte municipal watershed. 
The property is located at 270 7th street in the town of Irwin. 
Legal description of the Parcel(s) is as follows:

Allow the eave from the front porch and the eave from the Northeast corner of the garage to extend beyond the building envelope at a new home on Lot S-135, Skyland Third Filing, Phase 1. SHALL THE TOWN OF MT. CRESTED BUTTE DEBT BE INCREASED $8,610,000 WITH A REPAYMENT COST OF UP TO $16,227,000  FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING
● AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING RECREATION PATH AND A NEW PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE,
● STREET IMPROVEMENTS,
● TENNIS COURT RESURFACING,
● PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS AT TOWN HALL, AND
● MAINTENANCE FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS;

—NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF RECEIVERSHIP—

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, Plaintiff, Crested Butte Academy, Defendant, Cordes & Company, appointed as Receiver in District Court, County of Gunnison, State of Colorado, Case No. 07CV78 over the real property and certain personal property located at 505 and 510 Whiterock Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado 81224 will apply to such Court to terminate the Receivership as soon as possible after the bar date identified below.  All invoices or other claims for payment relating to the Receivership period (August 17, 2007 through the current date) must be submitted to the Receiver by September 16, 2008.  Thereafter, the Receiver shall disburse all property of the Receivership estate as directed by the Court and shall apply to the District Court for discharge.
