15th Annual Crested Butte coed soccer tournament
Catch amateur adult coed soccer action on Saturday and Sunday, June 27-28, here in Crested Butte.
The Crested Butte Kickers will be defending their home turf against seven teams—two teams from Colorado Springs and Boulder, one from Winter Park, one from Grand Junction and one from Aspen.
The games will be played at two separate venues, the new Rainbow Field and the community school field all day Saturday.
The Kickers will play on Saturday at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Rainbow facing Grand Junction in their first match and Colorado Springs in their second match of the day.
Consolation round games and the semi-finals will be held on Sunday morning with the finals at Rainbow Field at 1 p.m.
Team stokesman Drew Canale accrued a solid cast of local talent a week prior to the tournament and the team is looking for some local support to help push them through to the title.
