Art Summer Camp at The Studio: Monday through Friday all summer, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $40 per day. Gravity Groms Alpine Day Camps for kids ages 6 and up is accepting registrations for Summer ‘ 11. The Gravity Groms will spend this summer outside honing their monster skills on all of the gravity sports the Valley offers. From June 6 through August 26, Gravity Groms will be open from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The fee is $50 per day for locals and $60 for visitors to the Valley. August’s Character Camp! Developing character and values through fun, games, crafts, teamwork, relationships and stories for elementary aged children. The character traits we’re exploring are compassion, determination, deference, thoroughness and availability. We’ll be at the Town Hall, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, August 22 to Friday, August 26. Crested Butte Music Festival—Free Divine Family Young People’s Concerts, Sunday, August 7: Cinderella, a classic children’s opera, will be presented by the Children’s Opera Chorus.
