Fall 2011 programming at The Studio: Big news! Due to an exciting new partnership with The Trailhead Children’s Discovery Museum, the Studio is moving up to the mountain and into the Trailhead at the end of this month. All our children’s pre-K and K-5 after school programming will be at the Trailhead this fall, and Trailhead members will receive significant discounts on all our classes. School bus transportation from Crested Butte Community School to the Trailhead is scheduled. Just one week left of Art Summer Camp at The Studio: Join us for Fiber Art August 22 to August 26. Camp is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $40 per day for ages 5 and up. Three- and 4-year-olds can attend our half day drop-off camp on Fridays, August 19 and August 26 from 9 a.m. to noon for $30. Call 349-2799 to register or for more information.

August’s Character Camp! Developing character and values through fun, games, crafts, teamwork, relationships and stories for elementary aged children. The character traits we’re exploring are compassion, determination, deference, thoroughness and availability.
