THE CRESTED BUTTE SOUTH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION is seeking a part-time facility, parks and maintenance personnel. This position is responsible for custodial and maintenance activities for all association grounds, equipment, buildings and fields. Work will include general repair and maintenance of all kinds, including: sprinkler system repair, electrical repair, small engine repair and maintenance, weeding, mowing, and snow shoveling. Additional duties include: Painting, landscaping, cleaning of buildings and locker rooms. Applicant must be able to work evenings and weekends, in adverse weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and work independently with little supervision.
