Notice is hereby given that the proposed 2007 amended budget and the proposed 2008 budget have been submitted to the Board of Directors of the East River Regional Sanitation District.  Copies of the proposed budgets have been filed in the office of the District, Skyland Lodge, 350 Country Club Drive, Suite 112A, Crested Butte, Colorado 81224, where they are open for public inspection.  The proposed budgets will be considered at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at Skyland Lodge, 350 Country Club Drive, Suite 112, Crested Butte, Colorado 81224 on November 14, 2007 at 4:00 p.m.  The Board will hold a public hearing at such meeting during which all interested parties may be heard.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to paragraph 64.f. of the decree in Case Nos.  02CW294 and 03CW107 that Crystal Creek Homeowners Association proposes to apply to the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District for an Augmentation Certificate as described in paragraph 60.d. of said decree.  The water made available by the certificate will be used to augment a domestic in-house well to be located in the SW1/4N1/4 Section 9, Township 15 South, Range 83 West, 6th P.M. by exchange.  The well is an existing well in the Taylor River drainage and is 70 feet deep.

The proposed exchange is to release one increment (0.05 cfs) of water from Meridian Lake Reservoir pursuant to a Class D Augmentation Certificate from Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District and exchange it back up the Taylor River to the well.

Any affected person may provide written comments to the Division Engineer at 1871 East Main Street, P.O. Box 456, Montrose, CO 81401 within thirty days after the date of publication of this notice.

Crested Butte Mountain Educational Radio, Inc., gives notice that on October 19, 2007, it filed an application (FCC Form 340) with the Federal Communications Commission for a permit to construct a new Class C3 noncommercial FM station to be licensed to Gunnison, Colorado. The station proposes to operate on 88.7  MHz with 6.5 kW (V) of operating power, with an antenna height of 13 meters from a site located at NL 38/31/41; WL 106/54/14 the main studio will be located in Crested Butte, CO.

Officers and directors of the applicant are: G. Ullrich, M. Maltik, P. Nichols, T.W. Hastings, N. Kempin, K. Metsch and A. Fenlon
