—NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING—
CREATION OF THE LIBRARY DISTRICT
GUNNISON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
The Gunnison County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at 3:00 pm in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room at the Gunnison County Courthouse, 200 East Virginia, Gunnison.  Public comments will be accepted regarding the proposed creation of the Library District.

—NOTICE AS TO PROPOSED BUDGET—
MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a proposed Budget for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2008, has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District.  Adoption of the proposed Budget will be considered at a public hearing during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors on November 26, 2007 commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the District offices, 234 North Main Street, Suite 3B, Gunnison, Colorado.  Any interested elector of the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District may file any objections to the proposed budget at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.  At the same meeting, the proposed Budget for calendar year 2008 for the Upper Gunnison River Water Activity Enterprise will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Enterprise, and public comment is encouraged.  Both budgets are available for public inspection at the District offices.

—NOTICE OF FILING—
Gunnison, CO
Crested Butte Mountain Educational Radio, Inc., gives notice that on October 19, 2007, it filed an application (FCC Form 340) with the Federal Communications Commission for a permit to construct a new Class C3 noncommercial FM station to be licensed to Gunnison, Colorado. The station proposes to operate on 88.7  MHz with 6.5 kW (V) of operating power, with an antenna height of 13 meters from a site located at NL 38/31/41; WL 106/54/14 the main studio will be located in Crested Butte, CO.
Officers and directors of the applicant are: G. Ullrich, M. Maltik, P. Nichols, T.W. Hastings, N. Kempin, K. Metsch and A. Fenlon
A copy of the application and related materials are available for public inspection at the KBUT Studios at 508 Maroon Ave, Crested Butte, CO, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

9:00 a.m.    Button/Wallace, joint public hearing/no action, Amended application to subdivide 35-acre parcel into two lots; the applicant proposes that one lot will be approximately 15 acres and the second lot will be approximately 20 acres.  Tract 4, The Ridge at Crested Butte, north of Crested Butte South, adjacent to CB South, Filing 4.
