LOCAL LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY

PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, Elk Ave Inc d/b/a McGill’s at Crested Butte, 228 Elk Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado, has requested the licensing authority of the Town of Crested Butte, Colorado, to grant a Hotel and Restaurant License, to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous beverages for consumption on the premises only as provided by law at 228 Elk Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado.
Public hearing on this application will be held before the Town Council of the Town of Crested Butte, at Town Hall 507 Maroon Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 7 p.m.
At said time and place, any interested persons may appear to be heard for or against the granting of said license.    Date of Application: January 3, 2008
