PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the Skyland Community Association will take input on the following variance request.  All objections should be submitted in writing to the association by June 6th, 2008.
Allow the roof pitch to be 4/12 in lieu of the required 7/12-roof pitch per the Skyland Design Guidelines. The Pump House is to be located southeast of Lake Grant, Skyland Initial Filing. Said plans and specifications of the Pump House may be viewed in the Skyland Community Association business office located at the address noted above. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm.

HEARING DATE, TIME AND LOCATION: The Gunnison County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing FRIDAY, JUNE 6TH, 2008 at 3:15 p.m. in the Planning Commission Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Blackstock Government Center, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, Colorado, to hear public comment concerning a land use change permit application.  The applicant is Andrew McFaul. 
PARCEL LOCATION: The land is located at 625 Upper Loop Road, Lot 33, Red Mountain Ranch, south of Crested Butte, west of Highway 135.
PROPOSAL: The request is for the validation of the construction of a single-family residence in compliance with Section 13-105: Residential Building Sizes and Lot Coverages of the Gunnison County Land Use Resolution.
