—APPLICATION FOR LIQUOR LICENSE—
TOWN OF CRESTED BUTTE, COLORADO

    PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, The Pub at Crested Butte LLC D/b/a The Pub at Crested Butte, has requested the licensing authority of the Town of Crested Butte, Colorado, to grant a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License, to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous beverages for consumption on the premises only as provided by law at 130 Elk Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado. The principal officers of The Pub at Crested Butte LLC are: William Joseph Lacy lll, Austin Richard Hobday and Christopher M. Werderitch.
Public hearing on this application will be held before the Town Council of the Town of Crested Butte, at Town Hall 507 Maroon Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 7 p.m.
    At said time and place, any interested persons may appear to be heard for or against the granting of said license.

Ordinance No. 25, Series 2008 – An Ordinance Amending Article 5-2 Of The Town Code Providing For A Temporary Reduction To Certain Portions Of The Business And Occupation Licensing Tax For Fiscal And Calendar Year Of 2009; And Providing The Automatic Repeal Thereof Effective On The First Day Of January, 2010.
