PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes Section 38-33.3-217(1)(b)(I), as the mortgagee of a lot or unit in Skyland River Neighborhood according to the Amended Plat of Portions of Skyland, SKYLAND RIVER NEIGHBORHOOD, bearing Reception No. 473132 of the Gunnison County records, County of Gunnison, State of Colorado, you are hereby notified that the Skyland Community Association and the River Neighborhood Association have adopted and recorded as Reception No. 589719 in the records of Gunnison County, Colorado an Amendment to Special Covenants and Affordable Housing Deed Restrictions of Skyland River Neighborhood ("Amendment"). A copy of the Amendment may be obtained by contacting the attorney whose name and address are listed below. The Tomichi Creek Area east of the City of Gunnison to the Continental Divide within the certificated service area of the Gunnison County Electric Association, Inc.
District No. 7
This District shall be considered an “at-large” district encompassing the entire certificated area of the Gunnison County Electric Association, Inc. A member from any of the Association’s Districts may seek nomination for the position of Director of District 7, subject to the nomination and election procedures applicable to all other Districts.

—NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT—
Notice is hereby given that final settlement will be made on April 27, 2009 on the contract by and between the East River Regional Sanitation District (“Owner”) and Moltz Construction, Inc. (“Contractor”) for the Aeration and Disinfection Systems Replacement Project. All persons, entities, partnerships, companies, or corporations that have furnished labor, materials or other supplies or service used or consumed by the Contractor under and in connection with this contract and whose claims have not been paid by the Contractor or any sub-contractor may, in accord with section 38-26-107 (1), C.R.S., 2007 as amended, file with the Owner a claim containing a verified statement of the unpaid account due. Claims must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the Manager of East River Regional Sanitation District at 350 Country Club Drive, Suite 112A, Crested Butte, Colorado, 81224 on or before 5:00 PM of the final settlement date described above. Failure on the part of the claimant to file such settlement will relieve the Owner from any and all liability for such claim.
