—LEGAL—

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held on the 1st day of June, 2009 at 7 p.m. at Crested Butte Town Hall, 507 Maroon Avenue, Crested Butte, concerning the Town’s adoption of the Crested Butte Municipal Code. The Crested Butte Municipal Code includes the adoption of the following secondary codes: International Building Code, 2003 edition; International Residential Code, 2003 edition; and International Fire Code, 2003 edition. The purpose of the Crested Butte Municipal Code is to provide a codification of the ordinances of the Town of Crested Butte.
The Crested Butte Municipal Code was published by Colorado Code Publishing Company and was introduced before the Town Council under Ordinance No. 4, Series 2009 on May 4, 2009. The Crested Butte Municipal Code is scheduled for adoption following the public hearing on June 1, 2009. Copies of the adopting ordinance and the Crested Butte Municipal Code are available for public inspection at Town Hall.
