You are hereby summoned and required to appear and defend against the claims of the complaint filed with the court in this action, by filing with the clerk of this court an answer or other response. You are required to file your answer or other response within 30 days after the service of this Summons upon you. Service of this summons shall be complete on the day of the last publication. A copy of the complaint may be obtained from the clerk of the court.
If you fail to file your answer or other response to the complaint in writing within 30 days after the date of the last publication, judgment by default may be rendered against you by the court for the relief demanded in the complaint without further notice.
This is an action to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in and to the real property situate in Gunnison County, Colorado, more particularly described below:

—NOTICE OF MEETING—

The GUNNISON COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION will meet on Monday, July 13, 2009 in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Gunnison County Courthouse to review the assessment roll of all taxable real property located in the County.
The GUNNISON COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION will meet on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Gunnison County Courthouse to review the assessment roll of all taxable personal property located in the County.
Beginning also in July of 2009, the COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION will hear appeals from determinations of the Assessor with respect to the valuation of all taxable property. Thereafter at such times as may be necessary, until the closing of business on the 4th day of August, 2009, the COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION will hear appeals from determinations of the Assessor with respect to real and personal property.
Persons wishing to appear before the COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION must send the proper appeal forms to the County Administration Office, 200 East Virginia Avenue, Gunnison CO 81230 postmarked or hand delivered no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 15th, 2009 for real property and no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 2009 for personal property.
The COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION will not hear appeals from persons who have failed to file a timely protest with the Assessor

REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF GUNNISON COUNTY STANDARDS and SPECIFICATIONS
FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF  ROADS AND BRIDGES

HEARING DATE, TIME AND LOCATION: The Gunnison County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing, June 16, 2009, at 8:50 a.m., in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room of the Gunnison County Courthouse to hear public comment concerning an application for a waiver of the Gunnison County Standards and Specifications for New Construction of Roads and Bridges for Taylor River Ranch.  A copy of the petition and supporting documentation can be reviewed at the Gunnison County Public Works Department at 811 Rio Grande, Gunnison, Colorado from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
PARCEL LOCATION:  A parcel of land more specifically known as Taylor River Ranch Subdivision located within Sections 17, 20, 21, 28, 29 & 33, Township 15 South, Range 84 West, 6th P.M. and Section 8, Township 51 North, Range 2 East N.M.P.M., Gunnison County, Colorado.   The land is adjacent to the Taylor River Road.
PROPOSAL:  The waiver requests permission for the construction of two bridges along Wildwater Way across the newly constructed fishing stream, to be constructed to a width of 16 feet rather than the road width of 24 feet.
POSSIBLE ACTION Formal action may be taken on the waiver request at this meeting.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: The public is invited to submit verbal or written comments at the hearing, or to submit written comments by FAX (970) 641-8120, or by letter (to the Gunnison County Public Works Department, 811 Rio Grande, Gunnison, CO 81230), so long as they are received by 5:00 p.m. the evening before the date of the meeting so that they may be submitted for the public record during the hearing.  Additional information may be obtained by calling the Public Works Department office at (970) 641-0044).
