9:00 a.m.    Bear Ranch, continued public hearing/work session/possible action, request for the construction of a road to provide access to nine 35-acres tracts, located approximately 4.5 miles east of State Highway 133, north of County Road 12 (Kebler Pass)
10:00 a.m.     Outwest Guides, work session/no action, proposed commercial horseback riding business, with a residential unit; located west of the Town of Marble at 5121 County Road 3

11:10 a.m.    PC Work session: Proposed Amendments to the Land Use Resolution
    • Transfer of Development Rights
        Requirements for light industrial outside storage

1:00 p.m.    Planning Commission’s observations from  Watson Flats Gravel Pit – Site Visit, Gunnison County Public Works/USFS, no action, request for the development of a new gravel pit on USFS property, to provide a source of aggregate for use on County and USFS roads and USFS campgrounds in the Kebler Pass area; located within Section 18, T13S, R88W, 6th P.M., at the 11.5 mile marker on County Road 12 (Kebler Pass)
1:15 p.m.    PC Work Session: Proposed Amendment of Gunnison County Special Development Projects Resolution.  Work session/possible letter of transmittal of comments regarding Draft #4 and Errata Sheet(s) to Board of Commissioners.
2:30  p.m.    PC Work session:
    • Report of actions taken by BOCC;
    • Commission’s identification of  items, equipment and/or programs Commission would like included in the Planning Department’s FY 2010 budget
    • Review and comment of draft Planning Commission handbook
        General planning issues of interest to the Commission
End of Meeting    A brief period in which Commission debriefs on the day’s processes, etc. No discussion or action on any specific Land Use Change Permit applications will take place at this time.

Notice to Impound Personal Property
The USDA Forest Service, Gunnison Ranger District, has identified a supply of personal  property which appears to be illegally abandoned on the National Forest.  The location of said property is T 13S, R 80W Section 33, located within the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area on the Gunnison Ranger District.  The said equipment must be removed by it’s owner from this location prior to July 19, 2009, or such equipment will be impounded by the US Forest Service.
