The application of Kelly Keesee to construct an addition to the
Historic accessory building located at 414 Maroon Ave., Block 23, lots 9-10 and Portions of 11 in the R-lC zone.
Additional requirements:
– A conditional use permit for a plumbed and heated accessory building is required.
– A conditional waiver for a non-conforming east side-yard set-back is requested.
– Architectural approval is required.

Mountain Express
The Mountain Express Municipal Bus system is requesting proposals from individuals or businesses wishing to sell and install advertising inside the Mountain Express vehicles. The winning contractor will be required to solicit advertising, collect advertising revenues from advertisers, create placards for advertisers, as well as install and maintain the advertising placards. Advertising placards must be installed prior to November 23, 2009 and Mountain Express will require payment from the winning contractor by December 31, 2009.

Public Comment Period
For Proposed Trail
Crested Butte Town Council
Town of Crested Butte, Colorado
Please take notice that public comment will be taken regarding a proposed trail from the McCormick Ranch Road along the eastern boundary fence of the private open space located east of the Verzuh Annexation in the Town of Crested Butte. If approved by the Town Council and grant funding is secured, the trail will extend the existing recreation path in Crested Butte and will connect Rainbow Park to the Crested Butte Community School and points south.
Please send comments to the Crested Butte Town Council RE: Recreation Path Project to PO Box 39, Crested Butte, CO 81224 or via email to ehughes@crestedbutte-co.gov. Public comments may also be made at 7 p.m. at the Crested Butte Town Council meeting on October 19, 2009. The public comment period will end at the October 19, 2009 Town Council meeting.
