SURFACE OWNER: The surface owner is the United States Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
APPLICANT: The applicant is Gunnison Energy Corporation, 1801 Broadway, Suite 1200, Denver, CO 80202.
PARCEL LOCATION: The new pipeline is to be located within portions of Sections 3 and 9 Township 11 South, Range 90 West, 6th P.M.
PROPOSAL: The request is for the construction of pipeline to connect the existing Ragged Mountain Pipeline with the existing Bull Mountain Pipeline, including installation of a 12 inch steel natural gas pipeline and an 8 inch steel produced water pipeline. The pipeline alignment will follow Forest Road 851 from the existing Ragged Mountain Pipeline, extending north of Forest Road 265 (County Road 265 – Buzzard Divide Road), connecting to the existing Bull Mountain Pipeline. The total length of the new pipeline is approximately 3,700 feet and includes a 100 foot construction right-of-way and a 40 foot operational right-of-way. The rights-of-way are located on National Forest lands.
ACCESS: Access will be from State Highway 133, via CR #265 to Forest Service roads.
COMMENT PERIOD: Comments will be accepted for a 15-day period, upon the mailing by certified mail and publication date.
