Teo 2 Opens Saturday

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is opening its brand new extreme terrain, Teo 2, this Saturday at 9 a.m. Head to the hill for 40 acres of fresh tracks just beyond Teo Bowl. It is accessible from the High Lift.

The new terrain is for experts only and the hike out won’t be for the faint of heart. Skiers and boarders will need to skin or walk from the bottom of Teo Two back to the bottom of Wolf’s Lair and out to Paradise Bowl. It’s estimated to be a 20 to 30 minute hike.
The expansion brings CBMR’s total skiable terrain to 1,587 acres, and marks exciting progress in the implementation of CBMR’s master development plan, which includes more expansion into the Teo Drainage in coming years.
On Saturday, the beacon policy will be in effect—skiers and riders with beacons will be given priority in the lift line.
