The Queen is open

As of Tuesday, December 10, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has nearly 300 acres of terrain open for skiers and riders, with more terrain on target to open heading into the weekend.
The Silver Queen Express opened on Tuesday, providing access to the advanced-level runs including Triangle, Jokerville and Upper Keystone.
“We plan to add the Painter Boy lift and terrain for Friday,” said CBMR senior communications manager Sara Lococo. “We’ve received 18 inches of snow in the last week, and more is in the forecast heading into the weekend.”
