State of Colorado responds to Gunnison County’s variance request

The County received word from the State last night on its variance request. The variance was approved with extra guidance for campgrounds and Places of Worship.

Here is Gunnison County’s request to the State for a Variance to the State’s Public Health Order.

Here is the State’s response that we received late last night. The State approved most portions of our Variance with extra guidance to campgrounds and Places of Worship. Unfortunately, they did not approve our Variance for bars.
