Endurance climbing festival coming

24 Hours of Gunnison Glory

The only endurance climbing festival in the West, 24 Hours of Gunnison Glory, will take place over Memorial Day weekend this year in Gunnison.
The concept for the event is simple, form a team (of two to six people) and climb as many routes and boulder problems as possible in the 24-hour time period. There is also a 12-hour category for youth. There is an emphasis on camaraderie over competition at Gunnison Glory, though prizes will be awarded to the top individuals.

Climbing will start at 10 a.m. at Hartmans on Saturday, May 29 and go until Sunday, May 30. Registration is $30 per person.
To register or to get more information visit www.gunnisonglory.com or contact Alec Solimeo at (719) 239-1939 or info@gunnisonglory.com. Organizers can also be found on Facebook by searching Gunnison Glory.
