SURFACE OWNER: The surface owner is USDA Forest Service – GMUG, Paonia Ranger District, P.O. Box 1030, Paonia, CO 81402.
MINERAL OWNER:    Federal; BLM, Uncompahgre Field Office, 2505 S. Townsend Ave., Montrose, CO  81401
APPLICANT: The applicant is SG Interests I, Ltd., 909 Fannin, Suite#2600, Houston, TX 77010.
PARCEL LOCATION:  The proposed well will be located within the SE1/4SW1/4 Section 15 Township 11 South, Range 90 West, 6th P.M.
PROPOSAL:  The request is for the drilling of an exploratory natural gas well, Federal 11-90-15 #1, utilizing a standard drilling program.
ACCESS:   Access will be from CR #265 (Buzzard Divide Road) and Forest roads.
COMMENT PERIOD:  Comments will be accepted for a 15-day period, which will start upon the latter of: the mailing of notice by certified mail or publication date. District will conduct its annual board meeting on Monday, June 23, 2008,
2008, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the District offices, 234

The public is encouraged to attend the meeting.  An agenda will be
posted at the District office prior to the meeting.
