Crested Butte, Conveying The Town’s Interest In The Prospect Homestead Subdivision To Prospect Development Company,Inc., In Exchange For The Conveyance To The Town Of Mt. Mountain Express DBE Program
In accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 C.F.R. Part 26, as amended, the Mountain Express herby notifies the public that it is recommending the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for applicable professional services, construction procurement contract during Fiscal Year 2009, beginning October 1, 2008 and ending September 31, 2009. The overall total DBE goal for fiscal year 2009 is 0.5%. Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was selected is available for inspection from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (mountain time) at the Mountain Express Office, 801 Butte Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado 81224 for 30 days following the date of this notice.
