Two Crested Butte South board of directors seats are up for election this year, and no one is running yet. Please contact the Property Owners Association (POA) office for more information, or fill out a nomination form available at www.cbsouth.net and return it to the POA office by June 30.

Ditch Daisy weed spraying in the Crested Butte South Road R.O.W.s will be happening very soon. Please contact the POA office if you’d like us to not spray the area in front of your house/property if it is weed-free.
The Crested Butte South annual clean-up day, community yard sale day and swap meet, and free weed collection day are all on Saturday, July 18 in Crested Butte South’s Red Mountain Park. Contact the POA office at 349-1162 if you would like more information.
Application fees are being waived for all construction/improvement projects in Crested Butte South for the remainder of 2009. Contact the POA office for more details, and remember all exterior improvements need prior POA approval, sheds, driveway modifications, re-paints, and re-roofs included.
As a reminder, the Crested Butte South covenants prohibit the storage of all vehicles capable of habitation (i.e. RVs) for more than a 24-hour period.
