Early season pass prices expire Friday

Early season pricing expires on September 23, 2011 for 2011-2012 pass products and mountain cards from Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR).
Early season pricing includes Platinum and Gold passes, as well as the multi-day mountain cards products, online or on-site at the resort’s Pass Office.

Platinum Season Pass
New for the 2011/12 season, Platinum Passes now include unlimited summer and winter Adventure Park access, in addition to unlimited lift access throughout both seasons. The price for an Adult Platinum Pass is $1,099, Senior (ages 65-69) is $749, Senior (ages 70+) is $299, Child (ages 7-12) is $235 and Young Adult is $285 (ages 13-17).

Gold Season Pass
For those wanting winter lift access only, Gold Passes also are on sale until September 23. The price for an Adult Gold Pass is $999, Senior (ages 65-69) is $699, Senior (ages 70+) is $249, Child (ages 7-12) is $135 and Young Adult (ages 13-17) is $185.

Family Package
The popular Family Package is available as well, for $1,099 for Platinum and $999 for Gold passes; this includes one Adult Platinum or Gold pass and a corresponding pass for one dependent child, age 17 and under. Children aged six and under continue to ski free at CBMR.

Mountain Cards
This year, CBMR offers a 10-day pass ($449), the X-Card now loaded with 5 days ($259), the CB Card ($49) and the EZ Pass ($449).
The 10-day pass and X-Card are available for use on any day of the 2011/12 ski season and offer skiers a limited number of days to enjoy the resort. The CB Card gives skiers and riders their first day on the mountain for free and 25 percent off the single-day adult window ticket rate for any additional days used. The EZ Pass is a great option for those who don’t have the ability to ski every day, giving them one day per week throughout the entire winter season.
For a full list of pass products, prices and product restrictions, go to www.skicb.com/seasonpass or call the season pass office at (970) 349-2211.
Although buying online is the easiest option, the resort will be attending several ski sales and shows throughout the Colorado Front Range, Western Slope and New Mexico markets with these same early-season pass prices through November, allowing customers to still buy at the discounted price by visiting the regional sales staff in person at these events.
