A longtime Crested Butte local faces a class 4 felony for a sexual assault that allegedly took place on the 700 block of Maroon Avenue last November 1, between the hours of 3 and 4 a.m. Crested Butte chief marshal Tom Martin said that Tony Robert Wildman, age 51, is in Gunnison District Court this week. Martin told the News on the morning of Wednesday, July 8, that a verdict is expected in the next several days. Given the busyness of summer, 300 potential jurors were called, of which 122 showed up to court.
