Grand Lodge housing

The Mt. Crested Butte town council approved a declaration waiver to temporarily allow the Grand Lodge to use two of its commercial condominium units for long-term housing for Crested Butte Mountain Resort employees. Prior, each condominium unit was to be used as a hotel guest room available for use as a short-term rental. In the past, the town has granted similar waivers for the Grand Lodge and the Elevation to house employees.

New signs in town

The town began installing new wayfinding signage along Gothic Road in December. Additional signs are scheduled to be installed after January 1. Electrical connections will be finalized and turned on in the spring.
