Mt. CB luxury condo complex ready for market

Mt Crested Butte’s newest high-end condo development is now open for pre-sales. Chalets at Crested Butte, with more than 20 years building luxury properties in Colorado’s ski resort areas, announced this week the launch of Oros Crested Butte. The collection of 38 residences is located in the town of Mt. CB across the CBMR ski area.

Oros Crested Butte is designed by KA Design Works, an Aspen-based architecture firm, these two-to-four-bedroom residences offer spacious layouts, premium finishes, and views of the iconic Butte.

Construction on the development is set to begin in late 2025 with completion in 2027. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty is the broker on the project.

Zuni West and Rocky Mountain Cannabis partner for Sleds and Kegs

Zuni West and Rocky Mountain Cannabis in Crested Butte are thrilled to announce Brews and Buds: An exclusive Collaborative Beer Launch and Tasting Party on March 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. This one-of-a-kind event celebrates Sleds & Kegs weekend with the debut of a limited-edition collaboration brew – available only at Zuni West for this special occasion.  

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample this exclusive brew with live music from local musician Shannon Redmon. With limited availability, this tasting event promises to be a can’t-miss experience for craft beer enthusiasts and community members.

“We’re excited to work with Rocky Mountain Cannabis to create Locomotive Lager for the Sleds & Keg event,” said Willy Truettner, brewer and owner of Zuni West Brewing. “Locomotive Lager plays on the common genetics between hops and cannabis by using Trainwreck terpenes in the beer to bring out a marijuana flavor in the beer. We’re also making Luge Lager, which is the same base beer as Locomotive Lager but is dry-hopped instead of infused with terpenes. It will be fun to taste the beers side by side and see the difference but also the interplay between hops and cannabis.”
