Clark’s liquor license issue to have hearing before council
The Crested Butte town council unanimously moved to hold a so-called “Show Cause” hearing before the council on August 5 for Clark’s Market and its liquor license. Councilmembers felt there was probable cause that Clark’s failed to disclose a May 5 citation from the state Liquor Enforcement Division on its liquor license renewal application filed with the town as required by the municipal code. The hearing will determine why their liquor license should not be revoked or suspended for failing to disclose a material fact on the renewal application.

Bike and pedestrian access to the trail will be maintained but no vehicle parking will be allowed on site.
