—NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AUGMENTATION CERTIFICATE—
Notice is hereby given pursuant to paragraph 64.f. of the decree in Case Nos. 02CW294 and 03CW107 that Crystal Creek Homeowners Association proposes to apply to the Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District for an Augmentation Certificate as described in paragraph 60.d. of said decree. The water made available by the certificate will be used to augment a domestic in-house well to be located in the SW1/4N1/4 Section 9, Township 15 South, Range 83 West, 6th P.M. by exchange. The well is an existing well in the Taylor River drainage and is 70 feet deep.
The proposed exchange is to release one increment (0.05 cfs) of water from Meridian Lake Reservoir pursuant to a Class D Augmentation Certificate from Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District and exchange it back up the Taylor River to the well.
