Firehouse Circus comes to the Center

The Center for the Arts will have an afternoon of fun for the entire family on Saturday, January 16 at 4 p.m. when the Manitou Art Theatre presents The Firehouse Circus.

Jim Jackson brings more than 25 years of experience to this one-clown circus. The Center says he’s a delightfully funny fellow, able to tickle the bones of children and adults alike. Whether flying on a mirror, juggling five ping pong balls with his mouth, or careening about on a broken bicycle, audiences of all ages will respond with uproarious laughter. His physical comedy, witty improvisation, and gentle audience participation have rightfully earned him an international reputation as a master clown.
Tickets are $8 for children under 12 and $12 for adults, with a family package (two children and one adult) for $25. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Center’s box office at (970) 349-7487, ext. 3, going online to www. crestedbuttearts.org or at the Center, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This show is appropriate for all ages.
Winter Season sponsors include gold sponsor Crested Butte Lodging and Property Management, Eagle Resort Development, Starr & Associates, Bank of America, the Princess Wine Bar and Western Design and Red Lady Realty.
