CBMR extends pass deadline to Saturday

“Local Bonus Day”

Commemorating 50 years of skiing and riding on Crested Butte Mountain, and the locals who support the ski area, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has extended the early-season pass pricing one more day, to Saturday, September 25.

In addition, people who purchase Gold and Platinum passes through September 25 will receive a bonus free lift ticket. The deal applies to all Adult and Senior Gold and Platinum passes purchased between March 2010 and September 25, 2010.
Ken Stone, chief operating officer of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, explained the spirit behind the special deal.
“We would like to thank everyone who has purchased a Crested Butte pass,” Stone said. “This has been our best early pass sales effort in history. In appreciation, and in celebration of 50 years of skiing and riding at CBMR, we are adding a free lift ticket to all Adult and Senior Gold and Platinum passes purchased through the new Saturday deadline. Everyone at CBMR is excited about the overwhelming response we have seen this year, and we hope the ‘local bonus day’ will give people better convenience and service for any last-minute purchases.”
CBMR season passes can be purchased at the early season discount price, either on-line or in person, through Saturday, September 25.
