—Seven-day-a-week bus service for local senior citizens should roll out in April 2016.

—Summer air flight service out of Houston is loaded in the system so reservations can now be made. There will be daily flights between July 1 and August 15.

—Winter air service looks okay. According to air consultant Kent Myers, the Alaska Air bookings out of Los Angeles are steady, the Houston load factor is up a bit, the Dallas load factor is down a tad but the number of seats sold is similar to last year and Denver looks soft.

—Roland Mason will take over the chairman’s seat from Paula Swenson at the next meeting.

—Airport manager Rick Lamport expressed some excitement that the Gunnison-Crested Butte airport might be in line soon to get a coffee and donut concession. The food service amenities have been a bit lean at the airport in recent years. Lamport also said a new FBO operator is in place at the airport as well and he has great expectations for the new operator.
