3rd and Elk Vendor Village and Food Court: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Come hungry and taste the wide variety of local and visiting fare in our food court. Grab a custom Crested Butte 4th of July T-shirt, get your face painted and be sure to stop by our non-profit booths to learn more about the amazing community of Crested Butte.

Parade Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

After you’ve filled your belly and are decked out for the parade, step over to Elk Ave. and watch the country’s biggest small town parade march down our main street. Be on the lookout for our Crested Butte Fire Department rearing up the end, and follow them down to First Ave. for an epic family water fight.

Free Performance from Tyler Hanson on 3rd and Elk: 12:15 to 2:30 p.m.

Local favorite Tyler Hanson will be joining us on 3rd and Elk with special guests. It will be a musical performance you do not want to miss.

Free Performance from Pandas and People on Mt. Crested Butte: 7:30 to 9:15 p.m.

Join us on the lawn in front of the Red Lady Stage at Crested Butte Mountain Resort for a musical show the whole family will love. Butte 66 will be serving BBQ and drinks underneath the beautiful backdrop of our iconic mountain. This is the best location in Crested Butte to view the fireworks, which will immediately follow the show.

Fireworks:  9:15 p.m.

Be sure to have your spot saved on the lawn of Crested Butte Mountain Resort to watch the amazing fireworks show sponsored by the town of Mt. Crested Butte. This is one of the few times of the year the peak of Mt. Crested Butte is lit up so don’t miss it.

7 to 10 a.m. Pancake Breakfast at the Crested Butte Fire and EMS Department

8 a.m. Gothic to Crested Butte 1/3rd Marathon starts in Gothic and ends right at Third Street and Elk Avenue. Cheer for the racers on the rec path or between 1st and 3rd streets on Elk Ave.

10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Food court, face painting, custom Crested Butte 4th of July t-shirts and more at 3rd and Elk Ave.

11 a.m. Fourth of July Parade

12 p.m. Gothic to Crested Butte Marathon Awards at 3rd and Elk Ave.

12:15 to 2:30 p.m. Live music from Tyler Hansen and guests at 3rd and Elk Ave.

4:30 to 7 p.m. Crested Butte Mountain Bike Park Twilight Lift Rides

6:30 to 8 p.m. Butte 66 BBQ and drinks on the lawn

7:30 to 9:15 p.m. Free live music from Pandas and People at the Red Lady stage in Mt. Crested Butte

9:30 p.m. Mt. Crested Butte fireworks show
