Public invited to share feedback for upcoming development plans

Mt. Crested Butte, the North Village Associates and Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory (RMBL) will be hosting a public open house on Tuesday, February 11 at 7 p.m. to discuss the development of the 160-acre North Village parcel. It will take place in the Mt. Crested Butte Town Hall council chambers.
Town has formed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the North Village Associates and RMBL to collaborate on the site plan for the development of the parcel located north of town near the Snodgrass trailhead. The purpose of the open house, which will be the first of a series this year, is to invite community involvement and feedback prior to developing a Planned Unit Development (PUD) application.
