CBFPD Master Lease

The Mt. Crested Butte town council approved a Master Lease with the CB Fire Protection District to sublet 65 Paradise Road. The town owns the single-family residence, which housed a former town manager. The unit is now vacant and no town staff members currently need the unit, so the town reached out to local community partners to see if there is any interest in master leasing the unit. The CBFPD has taken the town up on its offer and will house a new fire engineer who will be moving to the valley with his wife and two kids.
