Please take notice that Gary Huresky, on behalf of Jeremy Wegner, has submitted an application for a Minor Impact Activity Watershed Permit to the Town of Crested Butte to install a Gray Water System in the Crested Butte municipal watershed.
The property is located at 270 7th street in the town of Irwin.
Legal description of the Parcel(s) is as follows:

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, Plaintiff, Crested Butte Academy, Defendant, Cordes & Company, appointed as Receiver in District Court, County of Gunnison, State of Colorado, Case No. 07CV78 over the real property and certain personal property located at 505 and 510 Whiterock Avenue, Crested Butte, Colorado 81224 will apply to such Court to terminate the Receivership as soon as possible after the bar date identified below.
