WSCU Mountaineer football players named All-RMAC in preseason poll

Top defense against the run last year

The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) has announced the 2013 Preseason All-RMAC Offensive and Defensive teams.
Western State Colorado University football players Rene Haro-Sipes (Sr., Fort Collins, Colo.) and Lane Stuht (Sr., Loveland, Colo.) were both selected to preseason while as a team, the Mountaineers were picked to finish ninth in the RMAC. 

Haro-Sipes made the offensive All-RMAC Preseason team as an offensive lineman and teammate Stuht was named on the defensive All-RMAC Preseason team as a defensive lineman.

 Stuht, an all-conference performer in 2012, will help lead a Mountaineer defense that was top in the conference against the run last season.


As a team, the Mountaineers were picked to finish ninth in the RMAC Preseason Coaches Poll, finishing just behind Black Hills State University and ahead of Fort Lewis College. CSU-Pueblo was picked to finish first.
