Planning commission members appointed, seated
After conducting interviews during their December 9 work session, Gunnison County commissioners made appointments on December 16 which included planning commission members. They appointed Sean Patrick to the planning commission for a regular, three-year term, and Brett Adkins and Karen Stock to complete the remaining two years of the three-year terms vacated by Bill Barvitski and Fred Niederer. There remains one alternate vacancy on the commission with a one-year term. During the December 18 planning commission meeting, which included two major impact project discussions, Patrick and Atkins were both seated. Stock was not present.
